The CPI Coalescing Oil Separator is a highly efficient solid-liquid and oil-water separation system developed based on the principles of shallow-tank sedimentation and oil droplet coalescence. At its core, the system employs a combination of shallow-bed sedimentation, particle coalescence, and density-based stratification technologies to achieve the deep removal of fine oil droplets (50 μm and larger), suspended solids, and colloidal impurities from oil-bearing fluids.

This equipment transcends the limitations of traditional oil separators—which rely solely on gravity or centrifugal force for separation—by integrating both gravity sedimentation and coalescence technologies. Firstly, it uses gravity sedimentation based on Stokes' Law to remove oil, employing a carefully designed flow rate to maintain laminar flow and prevent flow disturbances; Secondly, it utilizes our proprietary coalescing coating material technology to specially treat the surface of the corrugated plates, enhancing their oleophilic and hydrophobic properties, thereby effectively promoting phase separation.

Efficient separation is achieved by using inclined corrugated plate units: The cross-corrugated surface design effectively increases the surface area per unit volume, and combined with an efficient spatial layout, it increases droplet impact points, resulting in high surface load characteristics. The corrugated angle is set at 40-60 degrees;
High processing capacity: Customized specification from 5 to 500 cubic meters per hour;
For petrochemical wastewater, it can efficiently remove free oil, reducing the oil concentration in the treated wastewater to as low as 10 ppm or even lower;
Compared to traditional separators, this equipment has a more compact design, fewer moving parts, and significantly lower maintenance costs;
