Oil removal treatment process for petroleum and chemical industry wastewater
Separation for oil-water is an important step in the early pretreatment of industrial wastewater, and no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are produced after treatment. No oily sludge (HW08),hazardous waste,is generated. Reducing the burden on subsequent biochemical processes and lowering operating costs. Emulsification is achieved through purely physical methods,And the waste oil can be utilized as a resource after separation of oil .
The prime technologies for oil-water separation use physical methods include technology of hydrocyclone separation , coarse coalescence, and technology of inclined plate coalescence . In addition, they also include technologies such as special material aggregation and separation, precision filtration, membrane separation, and adsorption.
Our company's R&D has successfully developed a series of patented products, including the GZ-XX tank-within-tank, WYS-XX horizontal oil-water separator, and ZJYS-XX fine oil-water separator, by combining superhydrophobic materials with the principles of small oil droplet formation and separation, separation technology of hydrocyclone , and fluid dynamics. These products have filled the gap in the field of emulsified oil separation using purely physical methods.
The GZ-XX tank-within-tank is designed with an inner tank, and combined with hydrocyclone separation, and automatic floating oil collection and assembly of oil discharge based on the treatment capacity within the wastewater regulating tank, enabling the tank-within-tank to perform oil removal, homogenization, and regulation functions. The key component is the hydracyclone separator (commonly known as the assembly of hydrocyclone tube ), which utilizes differences of density to separate tiny oil-water mixtures. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, high oil removal efficiency, no moving parts, long life of service , and closed process without pollution.
The WYS-XX horizontal oil-water separator integrates the separation technology of hydrocyclone , the separation technology of inclined plate coalescence , and the technology of coarse coalescence. The coarse coalescence filter made of stainless steel and the polymer coalescence filter separate oil droplets with different sizes. The oil content in the separated oily wastewater is ≤50mg/L (excluding emulsified oil and dissolved oil), which meets the requirements of device classification control or the inlet requirements of subsequent treatment equipment.
The ZJYS-XX fine separator for oil-water is an upgrade of the WYS-XX horizontal separator for oil-water. The fine demulsification material replaces the coarse polymer material, enabling it to capture emulsified oil and coalesce it into larger droplets, thus achieving separation of oil-water. The surface of the inclined plate component is coated with a oleophilic and hydrophobic coalescence material coating, making its coalescence effect more powerful. The total oil content in the outlet of the ZJYS-XX fine separator of oil-water is ≤20mg/L.
After years of analysis and summarization, the pretreatment process of oil removal for oily wastewater has been upgraded, as shown in the figure:
