Equipment Overview
The combination device for discharging oil , which combines hydraulic liquid separation and automatic collection of floating oil , is commonly known as a "tank-within-tank". It integrates functions such as wastewater regulation, homogenization, and oil removal. Oily wastewater rotates within a multi-tube bundle hydraulic liquid separator，and the separator generates different centrifugal forces. Under the influence of these forces, oil, water, and sludge are separated into three phases. The separated oil floats to the top of the inner tank, where an automatic device of oil skimming discharges it into an external tank for oil collection. The solid impurities that settle down are discharged through the conical funnel in the settling zone using water pressure. The separated wastewater enters the outer tank through siphons arrayed around the perimeter, and we get the purposes of homogenization, buffering, and oil removal. It primarily addresses floating oil and large dispersed oil ,especially oil particles with diameters between 50μm and 100μm or above in oily wastewater.

Technical Features
High efficiency of removing oil .
During the oil collection and sludge discharge operations, operation can be maintained and kept high utilization .
The collected oil has high purity and low water content, which improves the recovery and utilization rate of oil in the wastewater treatment system.
The wastewater treatment system has a wide range of adaptability, is not affected by changes in oil content in the influent wastewater, and ensures effluent quality stable.
The equipment is a closed container, with no odor escaping and no secondary pollution.It is suitable for industri al production management.
It can operate reliably and continuously for a long time in a single tank.
