As the core unit of the terminal oil-water separator, the corrugated plate assembly has a very flexible application scenario: it can be integrated with the reaction equipment as an integrated device for the pretreatment of oily wastewater in oil fields, petrochemical plants, mines, ports and docks; or it can be installed directly in the on-site pool or tank as an independent unit, mainly suitable for the pretreatment of oily wastewater in coal chemical industry.

Equipment Overview

As the core unit of the terminal oil-water separator, the corrugated plate assembly has highly flexible application scenarios: it can be integrated with reaction equipment as a single unit for the pretreatment of oily wastewater in oil fields, petrochemical plants, mines, and ports; or it can be installed directly in on-site pools or tanks as an independent unit, mainly suitable for the pretreatment of oily wastewater from coal chemical plants. This assembly transforms micron-sized oil droplets into larger, floatable oil droplets through four continuous processes: forced collision, material adsorption, coalescence growth, and rapid flotation. Then, it utilizes shallow pool sedimentation theory to achieve rapid oil-water separation.

Oil and petrochemical industries: oilfield produced water, storage tank water removal, oily wastewater from refining and chemical plants, and oil and suspended solids removal from drilling wastewater;

Coal chemical industry: coal gasification wastewater, shift conversion wastewater, etc.;

Marine Engineering: Treatment of bilge water, oily wastewater at docks, and production water from offshore platforms
