Micro-bubble cyclonic oil separator is an integrated and efficient oil and impurity removal equipment that combines micro-bubble air flotation and strong cyclone centrifugal separation. It is designed for the synergistic removal of free oil, emulsified oil, suspended solids, and solid impurities in oily wastewater/oily fluids. The equipment efficiently adsorbs oil droplets and impurities through micrometer level stable micro-bubbles, and achieves rapid phase separation with the help of a cyclone centrifugal field. It does not require a large amount of chemicals, has a short residence time, occupies a small area, and operates stably. It can meet the needs of industrial continuous, enclosed, and energy-saving treatment, and is an upgraded alternative to traditional gravity settling, conventional cyclone, and ordinary air flotation.

Single-stage oil removal efficiency reaches ≥90%, while the removal rate for suspended solids is ≥85%.
Dual-Effect Coupled Technology: Hydrocyclone + Air Flotation.Rapid classification and separation are achieved through powerful centrifugal hydrocyclone action, while micro-bubbles precisely target and capture fine oil droplets. This synergistic combination of dual mechanisms results in treatment efficiency significantly superior to that of standalonehydrocyclone or air flotation processes.
Purely Physical Process: Green, Low-Carbon, and Eco-Friendly.The entire process requires no addition of demulsifiers or flocculants, generating no secondary sludge or chemical pollution. This effectively reduces chemical reagent costs as well as hazardous waste disposal expenses.
Compact Equipment with Small Footprint: With a hydraulic retention time of just 1–5 minutes, the equipment volume is only one-third to one-fifth that of traditional air flotation systems. It is ideally suited for installation in confined spaces, skid-mounted mobile units, and offshore platforms.
